Drivers Age should be over 25 but not older than 75.

FUEL POLICY - If the car is not returned as consigned, the cost of the re-fuelling will be debited from the card at the prevailing rate. This is done immediately on collection of vehicle. The hirer may at his option purchase fuel in advance depending on duration of hire.

GOZO FERRY CROSSING - All cars are permitted to be driven in Gozo. Ferry fees are paid direct to GOZO CHANNEL LINE on embarking to return to Malta. Although vehicle recovery system is also applicable in Gozo, car replacement is not guaranteed likewise. Limited service is available in Gozo.

VALLETTA ENTRY FEES - Vehicles entering Valletta are subject to the CVA monitoring system charges, first 29 mins being at no cost. Relative charges which will be debited from the card at the prevailing rate. It is however best recommended to use car parks available outside Valletta entry points.

SECURITY DEPOSIT - This must be paid by credit card, in principal driver’s name at the time of collecting your car.

• A minimum of LM50 / €116.47 for Group A, B, C, D, E, F, G will be charged.
• A minimum of LM100 / €232.94 for Group H, H plus 2, I and Exclusive will be charged.

PAYMENT TERMS - A minimum deposit of 20% is to be paid with every booking. Rental Charges are payable in full on date of vehicle collection.

DRIVING LICENCE - Driver is to provide a fully valid driving licence which has been held for at least 2 years at time of rental. Local or International licence are both accepted.

OFFICIAL CURRENCY - Maltese lira up to end of 2007 / Euro commencing 01st January 2008

INCLUSIVE - All vehicles carry a Comprehensive Insurance cover with an excess liability on claiming theft, fire and damage.

Group A, B, C, D, E, F, G       Excess: Lm200.00 / €465.87
Group H, I, J, Exclusive          Excess: Lm300.00 / €698.81

UNLIMITED MILEAGE - All our rates include unlimited mileage and vehicles can be driven only in the Maltese Islands.

VAT TAX - 18% Vat is already included in car rental charges.

BREAKDOWN RECOVERY - All vehicles are enrolled with a 24 Hr. Breakdown System

Applicable for hires of 3 days or exceeding and during booking office hours:
- Courtesy drive from Airport or any location in Malta to rental depot. (Restrictions may apply)
- Courtesy drive from Rental depot to Airport or any location in Malta. (Restrictions may apply)
- Collection and delivery to any area within 5 km of rental depot. Available on request and subject to availability. (Restrictions may apply)

ADDITIONAL EXTRAS

CHILD SEATS - Available @ Lm1.00 / €2.33 daily.

INSURANCE - Collision Damage and Theft Damage Waiver is an optional cover to relieve the renter from part of excess:

Lm250.00 / €582.34 excess relieve for Group H, I, J, Exclusive

Delivery out of booking office hrs - Available only on request. Lm3.00 / €6.99

All additional extras above are not inclusive of VAT 18%, which should be added to the relative cost.
