Steps to follow:

• Locate vacant filling bay
• Confirm that car fuel lid is facing the filling bay and not on the other side.
• Open the fuel cap < do not displace the fuel nozzle at the stage as this will de activate the machine >
• Proceed to automated machine located near filling station 7
• Insert LM2 or Lm5 as required. You may insert one note, wait for display to show your credit and insert another note to increase your credit as required.
• The display guides you through easy to follow steps.
• You should then choose the location of the filling bay ( eg. 2 )
• The display will print out a receipt and advise you to proceed to fill up your car.
• Do not engage in conversation or unnecessary delays and proceed straight to your filling bay, as you are only allowed 1 minute from the moment the display instructs you to proceed for filling and the switch off mode.
• Should this period lapse and no fuel is supplied, you need only keep the receipt and collect your refund from the management during office hours. The data which is kept in the system tracks your receipt and confirms that you was indeed not supplied with fuel, hence refund.
